Not much happens during the winter months apart from the AGM and a lot of discussion to plan both the exchanges for 2010 and also our necessary fund raising events.

The French twinners from Luynes will be staying in and around Buntingford April 21-25th so now we are looking for families to host and interesting places for them to visit during their days out.

The Spanish are coming here 16-20th June to coincide with the Buntingford carnival
and so we will also be looking for hosts then.

As usual we will be visiting Luynes during October half term.

Our next fund raising event will be the ever popular “Whose Wine Is It Anyway” on 27th Feb - details below.
A carefully chosen selection of wines has been bought and an “Expert Panel” are being prepared for the occasion.

Looking further ahead to 9th October we are planning another meal and the theme this year is going to be World War 2. These events are always a sell-out so make a note of the date now.
